| Damage, Loss or Shortage Claims: Common
Carrier or Motor Freight shipments must be inspected for damage, loss or shortage upon
receipt of consignee prior to acceptance from carrier. Any damages or loss claims
must be made to the carrier. Seller will not be liable in any way for damage or
loss caused to the shipment by a Common Carrier. Claims for shortages or damages on
shipments by D.A. Fehr trucks must be made within 5 calendar days of date of receipt of
material. |
| Returned Materials: All returns are subject to
our written approval on unused, new material only. A handling charge of 20% of
original invoice value will be charged. Material must be shipped prepped no later
than 30 days following receipt of material return authorization. Fabricated fittings
or other non-standard items manufactured to customer's specifications are not
returnable. No returns will be accepted by D.A. Fehr unless authorized in
writing. Any shipment will be returned collect to sender if the above requirements
for returning material are not met. |
